Q: I've not been diagnosed with an eating disorder, is the program suitable to me?

Yes, if you experience any form of food obsession, unhealthy relationship to food and body image, guilt after meals or dieting, then the Gain Confidence Around Food is the perfect program to you.

Q: Who you do NOT work with?

This program may not be the best match for you if you:

  • Are looking for a quick, instant fix

  • Are looking for a very strict meal plan or diet

  • Are unprepared to make changes, make time, put some effort into it

  • Are not prepared for possible slight weight fluctuations while metabolism restores

Q: Is the Gain Confidence Around Food program another diet?
How is it different to any other diet I did before?

The program is NOT another diet or a fad. In fact, it does not include any calorie counting, strict meal plans, weighing, measuring or obsessing. Gain Confidence Around Food is ongoing coaching that helps eliminate cravings, heal relationship with food and bring you closer to becoming an intuitive eater and that means stopping when you’re full.

Q: How long will it take to improve?

We are all unique individuals and the progress depends on many factors: ingrained habits, current circumstances and work put in. I have seen great results with people just after a few weeks, others may take a little longer. 

If you had dysfunctional relationship to food for a while, it may take a little longer. However, you will have all the support and guidance you need.  Some clients I have worked with for a few months and others have stayed on for over a year.

Nutritional coaching is an ongoing, non-linear process and therefore it is impossible to put a timeline that applies to everyone. I do ask at least 3 month commitment from you to start with, to make sure you are serious about changing those old habits.

Q: Will you be weighing or measuring me?

Absolutely not. My advice would be to stop these practices completely, as it is raising stress levels and are contributing towards a tense relationship around food. The only measurement we will be considering will be your wellbeing and energy levels.

Q: Will I have to give up all the foods I like?

No, this is not another diet. I aim to help you build sustainable habits and avoiding food forever is just not an option. Instead we will fine-tune the quality of foods and build a sustainable and nourishing food habits.

Q: How much does the program cost?

Program fees vary, depending on the amount of support needed. Please get in touch for more information.

Q: Where are you based?

The sessions will take place in Bath or Frome in Somerset.

Q: I am very interested, but I think I may wait till ... (Christmas, a wedding, or summer etc) passes first – then I will be ready.

Work, life, family, finance, birthday or celebration coming up, you name it… There will always be reasons that will stop you from starting your journey now, if you are not ready. And it is always easy to get distracted by it, as it seems like it can be a better time to start. The truth is, when that time comes, something else may stand in your way. How are you different?

Good question. I specialize in helping women gain confidence around food, restore their health and heal dysfunctional relationship to food as my main focus. I am a nutritional therapist and use research and scientific knowledge, coupled with a personalized nutritional coaching. Moreover, I have recovered from more than 10 years of disordered eating and body image issues and I am pleased to share my professional, clinical and personal experience to help you on your journey.
